We’re a custom apparel shop that treats a 12-piece order with the same care as a 1,200-piece order. Here’s how we got here and what we stand for.

How it started

From one machine to a full apparel shop

MadTown Embroidery began the way a lot of good businesses do: friends and local teams asking for shirts and hats that looked better than what they could find. Those first orders taught us that the details matter most. Thread tension, stitch density, the right backing, a print that doesn’t crack.

Word spread through teams, schools and small businesses. We added DTF printing for full-color designs and HTV for names, numbers and personalization, so customers could get everything from one place.

Today we still check every piece by hand before it goes out the door.
