Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for DTF and HTV, so single pieces and personalized gifts are welcome. For embroidery we recommend 12 or more pieces for the best price per item, but smaller orders are possible.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready 7–10 business days after you approve the proof. Rush service for events and deadlines is available depending on our schedule.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Pricing drops at 24, 48, 100 and 250+ pieces. Business, school and team accounts can also set up repeat orders.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too, and we can recreate simple logos if needed.
Can I supply my own garments?
Often, yes. Bring your items and we’ll check that the fabric suits the decoration method before we start.
Embroidery or printing: which lasts longer?
Embroidery is the most durable and looks premium on polos, hats and jackets. DTF prints are soft, stretch with the fabric and hold up well through regular washing. We’ll suggest the best fit for your use.
